Whoever said less is more has obviously never heard of the cluttercore trend that's currently sweeping TikTok. What initially began as an interior-design aesthetic is making its way into fashion and beauty, too. Cluttercore is all about maximalism. In decor, the trend is basically organized mess: colorful, clashing prints and shelves littered with eye-catching objects. In other words, more is more.

When it comes to maximalist fashion, there are a few simple ways to embrace the extra. First, don't be afraid to mix and match different prints. Bright colors are also a plus, and neons just so happen to be trending right now. Playing with textures is essential to nailing the over-the-top look, too. And when in doubt, add something sparkly!
