A3: Express, Air shipping, Sea shipping. By Express we ship the goods by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive at your door.
Q4. What's your delivery time? What about the lead time?
A4: It depends on the order quantity. The stock sample is ready to be shipped. Bulk production takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your design and quantity.

Q6. What's your sample policy? Can I have a sample order?
A6: We welcome sample orders to test and check the product quality. Mixed sizes and colors are available. You can send us your design sketches, or prototypes, then we would offer samples as per your specification.
Q7. Can you offer a label service?
A7: Yes. We offer the service of customizing logos, labels, tags, etc. Just send us your design and detailed requirement, we will make it well.
Q8. How do you control the bulk production quality?
A8: We have a QA department for quality management of all processes. For in-going inspection, we check the fabric fastness and confirm the fabric color. Also, our QC will check out the defective goods in processes of sewing, trimming, etc. before packing. It is acceptable that customers arrange a third-party inspector to check the goods before shipment.
Q8. How to proceed with an order for a t-shirt/polo with custom logos?
A8: Easy steps: Send us your design/logo, give us the size and quantity. Approve your quote and we'll create a realistic proof/artwork from your sketch/design or logo. Make the necessary revisions and approve your proof/artwork for production.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A9: Our products are produced under a strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%.
